Service requests are paused because no Carrollton foundation contractor is partnered with this site. Earlier form entries remain in a restricted database.

What we do not collect
No cookies of any kind. No analytics, no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no advertising or remarketing tags, no session recording, no heatmaps, no chat widget, no embedded fonts, no embedded video. There is no JavaScript on these pages at all, which means there is nothing running in your browser that could be watching you. That is not a privacy stance so much as a speed one, but the privacy result is the same and you can verify it: view the page source, or open your browser's network tab and count the requests.
What the old form collected
The quote form has been removed. Earlier entries could contain:
- Your name and phone number. Both were required.
- Your email address, if you chose to give it.
- Which service you selected from the dropdown, and whatever you write in the details box.
Three things were attached automatically, not typed by you: the time the request arrived, your browser's user-agent string (the text every browser sends identifying itself), and the two-letter country code Cloudflare derives from your IP address. We do not store your IP address itself. We do not ask for, and have no use for, your date of birth, your income, your Social Security number or any payment details. If a site in this line of work ever asks you for those, that is worth walking away from.
One thing is worked out from what is already listed above rather than collected separately. Submissions are scored on the wording of the message and that country code for whether they read as a sales pitch instead of an inquiry. Pitches were marked, but no request was passed to a contractor. Nothing extra was gathered for the flag, and nothing was deleted solely because of it.
Where earlier details went
No local foundation contractor was connected to receive earlier submissions, and no introduction fee was earned. This site does not perform foundation work. The about page describes the current arrangement.
Earlier details were not sold or passed to a list broker, data aggregator, marketing service or anyone bidding on leads.
Where it is stored
This site runs on Cloudflare's network, so Cloudflare processes requests to it as our hosting provider. Earlier form entries were saved to a database on that network, hosted in North America. No contractor received them.
Records remain until deliberately removed. No automatic deletion period is configured.
Asking us to delete something
Use the separate form below with the name and phone number you used before. It saves a privacy request for owner review, not a service inquiry. It does not delete anything automatically. This new request stores the entered fields, arrival time, browser user-agent string and country code.
Children
Nothing here is aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.
Changes
The old service endpoint rejects direct posts before reading or storing details. Only the privacy request form below is active.
