Privacy policy
Short, because there is not much to say. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from anyone else's servers. The only information we get is what you type into the quote form.

What we do not collect
No cookies of any kind. No analytics, no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no advertising or remarketing tags, no session recording, no heatmaps, no chat widget, no embedded fonts, no embedded video. There is no JavaScript on these pages at all, which means there is nothing running in your browser that could be watching you. That is not a privacy stance so much as a speed one, but the privacy result is the same and you can verify it: view the page source, or open your browser's network tab and count the requests.
What the quote form collects
If you fill in the form, we receive what you put in it:
- Your name and phone number. Both required, because without them nobody can call you back.
- Your email address, if you choose to give it. The field is optional and the form works without it.
- Which service you selected from the dropdown, and whatever you write in the details box.
Three things are attached automatically, not typed by you: the time the request arrived, your browser's user-agent string (the text every browser sends identifying itself), and the two-letter country code Cloudflare derives from your IP address. We do not store your IP address itself. We do not ask for, and have no use for, your date of birth, your income, your Social Security number or any payment details. If a site in this line of work ever asks you for those, that is worth walking away from.
Who your details go to, and who pays us
They go to a local foundation contractor who is paid to receive them. This site does not perform foundation work. It exists to connect Carrollton homeowners with a contractor who does, and the contractor pays for that introduction, not you. We say this here for the same reason we say it on the about page: it is the thing that most affects how you should read everything else on the site, so burying it would be dishonest.
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to a list broker, a data aggregator, a marketing service or anyone bidding on leads in bulk. One inquiry goes to one contractor so somebody can call you back about the thing you asked about.
Where it is stored
This site runs on Cloudflare's network, so Cloudflare processes requests to it as our hosting provider. What you send through the form is saved to a database we run on that same network, hosted in North America, and is then passed to the contractor. Nothing about your inquiry leaves Cloudflare and the contractor.
We keep it while your inquiry is being dealt with and for a short period afterwards, so we can check it actually was. If you would rather it went sooner, ask and we will remove it.
Asking us to delete something
Send the request through the contact form with enough detail to identify the original inquiry (the phone number you used is usually enough) and say what you want removed. We would rather you did not have to ask twice, so if you do not hear back, ask again.
Children
Nothing here is aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. This page is reviewed whenever the form changes, because the form is the only thing on the site that collects anything.
